Tangipahoa Parish--- In following with Governor John Bel Edwards’ orders and CDC recommendations, the Tangipahoa Parish Library system will move into Phase 3 of the COVID-19 Reopening Plan on Monday, September 14.
The large branches- Amite, Ponchatoula, Hammond will now be open on Saturdays beginning September 19, 2020 from 10:00 AM-5:30 PM.
All branches will continue to be open Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Stacks will be open and available for patron browsing. Patron computer usage will increase from one hour to two hours for appropriate use.
Curbside Service, virtual programming, and grab and go crafts will continue through Phase 3. Printing, copying, and fax services will remain available. Tangipahoa Parish Library’s digital services including eBooks, audiobooks, eMagazines, and eNewspapers will remain available through tangilibrary.com.
