Agatha "Aggie" I. Kinchen

Aggie, age 68, passed away on Friday, July 31, 2020, surrounded by her family. She was a native of Brownstown, IN and a resident of Ponchatoula, LA. Aggie was headstrong and determined earning her the title of the first female in maintenance and the first female Seal Controller for Mervyn's. She could fix just about anything with a set of tools. Aggie enjoyed crocheting and playing spider solitaire, but mostly she loved being with her family. She took great pride in caring for others and was happiest when she could. Aggie was a devoted wife, loving mother, and remarkable grandmother who will be forever missed.

Aggie is survived by her daughters, Tatijuana Harris (John), Chrystal Kitchen (Margaret), Cynthia Kitchen; son, Kenneth Cain; brothers, Lloyd Moore, Richard Moore; grandchildren, Bumpity, ZD, Ducky, Mae Mae, Dinky, Iggy, Enrique, B-Bo, Chrissy Coo, Danny Wayne; and 8 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by the love of her life, husband, Benjamin Kitchen; sons, Richard and George Kitchen; brothers, Philip, Harvey, and Kerry Moore; and parents, Lloyd and Pearl Moore.

A cremation was held and private family services will be held at a later date.
