November 15, 2019, City of Hammond, LA – On October 27, 2019, at approximately 4:00 am, the Hammond Police Department began investigating an incident involving an illegal discharge of a firearm near the Waffle House located at 1701 Martens Drive.
In security camera footage, something occurs in and around the parking lot of Waffle House that results in multiple vehicles and people fleeing the area. Witnesses stated they heard gunshots.
