From Hammond Police
Hammond, LA – The Hammond Police Department is currently investigating six felony thefts from Ulta Beauty, located at 2060 Hammond Square Drive. The investigation has revealed several individuals who have repeatedly entered the store, selected perfumes and colognes, concealed those bottles into shopping bags, and left the store without paying.
The six thefts have occurred with the same individuals and resulted in almost $29,000 worth of stolen merchandise. The thefts took place on January 11, January 21, January 23 [email protected], January 28, February 6, and February 13.

In one case, black males entered the business and concealed merchandise in excess of $1,000 inside gray tote bags. The suspects then exited the business without paying for their merchandise. In the parking lot, they were seen leaving in what appeared to be a red four-door car, unknown make/model. These subjects are also believed to be responsible for other retail thefts that have occurred in the surrounding areas.
