Press Release from the St. Helena Parish Sheriff's Office:

The person driving this truck is wanted in connection to the attempted theft of an ATM located inside the store of Grand Paradise, 46447 Highway 16, Pine Grove, LA 70453.

Here’s the information we received so far:
During the early hours of Sunday, December 22, 2019, an unidentified male wearing a mask entered the store after he backed the truck shown at the front entrance of the store and attached a rope from the rear of the truck to the ATM machine in an attempt to steal the machine but the rope broke. Suspect headed east on Highway 16 in the direction of Pine Grove. There was only one other occupant inside the store at the time of the attempted theft. Later during the investigation, it was discovered that the truck used had been stolen from Mears Sand & Gravel which is located near the Livingston & St. Helena Parish line.
