Lots of cases in Livingston criminal court

Livingston- District Attorney Scott M. Perrilloux reports that the following individuals appeared in court January 7, 2021 before Judge Charlotte Foster and pleaded either guilty or no contest or were found guilty of the following crimes and received the following sentences:

Richard Allen, age 39, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was sentenced to eight years with the department of corrections. Time is to be served concurrently.

Hardford Bennett, age 51, of Livingston, LA, pleaded no contest to simple battery. He was sentenced to six months in the parish jail. He received credit for time served.

Delores Brewer, age 36, of Baton Rouge, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule I controlled dangerous substances- heroin. She was sentenced to three years with the department of corrections. The sentence was deferred and she was placed on probation for three years. She is ordered to pay a $500.00 fine along with court costs.

Brett Core, age 29, of Tickfaw, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances- methamphetamine. He was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections. He received credit for time served.

Kimberly Crockett, age 33, of Tickfaw, LA, pleaded no contest to simple burglary. She was sentenced to three years with the department of corrections. The sentence was deferred and she was placed on probation for three years. She is ordered to pay a $500.00 fine along with court costs.

Jayd Dickens, age 27, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to battery of a correctional officer and two counts of simple battery of a correctional officer. He received credit for time served.

Jared Graham, age 34, of Monroe, LA, pleaded no contest to theft and criminal damage to property. He was sentenced to six months on each count. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years. He is ordered to pay all court costs, fines, and restitution.

Jeffery Hernandez, age 30, of Livingston, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances- methamphetamine and resisting an officer. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years.

Timothy Larkin, age 35, of Amite, LA, pleaded no contest to theft $5,000.00-$25,000. He was sentenced to 18 months in the department of corrections. He received credit for time served.

Livingston- District Attorney Scott M. Perrilloux reports that the following individuals appeared in court on January 11, 2021 before Judge Charlotte Foster and pleaded either guilty or no contest or were found guilty of the following crimes and received the following sentences:

Cody Howard, age 38, of Baton Rouge, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule I controlled dangerous substances-heroin. Sentencing is scheduled for March 22, 2021.

Bryan Betts, age 43, of Tickfaw, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances- methamphetamine. He was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for three years. He is ordered to pay a $500.00 fine along with court costs.

Livingston- District Attorney Scott M. Perrilloux reports that the following individuals appeared in court on January 11, 2021 before Judge Brian Abels and pleaded either guilty or no contest or were found guilty of the following crimes and received the following sentences:

Hebert Biddle III, age 43, of Albany, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to one year in home incarceration. He is ordered to pay all fines and court costs.

Brandy Guidry, age 45, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for two years. She is ordered to pay a $750.00 fine along with court costs.

Timothy Sullivan, age 34, of Gramercy, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years. He is ordered to pay a $750.00 fine along with court costs.

Livingston- District Attorney Scott M. Perrilloux reports that the following individuals appeared in court on January 4, 2021 before Judge Ericka Sledge and pleaded either guilty or no contest or were found guilty of the following crimes and received the following sentences:

Imad Al-Wasi, age 19, of Baton Rouge, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of marijuana over 14 grams. The sentence is deferred, and he was placed on probation for one year. He is ordered to pay a $200.00 fine along with court costs.

Dustin Brooks, age 28, of Albany, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances and possession of schedule I controlled dangerous substances-heroin. He was sentenced to three years with the department of corrections. He received credit for time served.

Karrie Easterly, age 37, of Watson, LA, pleaded guilty to domestic abuse battery- first offense. The sentence was deferred, and she was placed on probation for one year. She is ordered to pay a $150.00 fine along with court costs.

Peyton Guillory, age 25, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to four counts of simple burglary. He was sentenced to four years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended, and he was placed on probation for three years. He is ordered to pay a $400.00 fine along with court costs.

Terry Hoover Jr., age 31, of Springfield, LA, pleaded guilty to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances and tampering with surveillance. He was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections. He received credit for time served.

Derrick Johnson, age 36, of Holden, LA, pleaded no contest to aggravated flight from an officer. He was sentenced to five years with the department of corrections. He received credit for time served.

Tom Jones, age 51, of Gonzales, LA, was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections for possession of schedule I controlled dangerous substances. He received credit for time served.

Tyler Parent, age 28, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to principal to simple burglary. The sentence was deferred and he was placed on probation for two years. He is ordered to pay a $500.00 fine along with court costs.

Chad Ribando, age 39, of Independence, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. The sentence was deferred and he was placed on probation for two years. He is ordered to pay a $500.00 fine along with court costs.

Jared Schexnayder, age 27, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to two counts possession of schedule I controlled dangerous substances-heroin and theft $1,000.00-$5,000.00. He was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections.
